Taurus now supports the CMTAT Tezos smart contract to tokenise a Swiss corporation's equity securities

The CMTAT-FA2 is an easy-to-use Tezos smart contract providing the functionalities to tokenize a Swiss corporation’s equity securities. Issuers can now tokenise equity in few clicks on the blockchain of their choice using Taurus-Capital.

The CMTAT-FA2 code is open source: https://github.com/CMTA/CMTAT-Tezos-FA2 and fully compliant with the requirements and recommendations of CMTA's Standard for the tokenization of shares of Swiss corporations using the distributed ledger technology.
